Western Basketball Referees, Players and Coaches, under the WBA's administration.
Three wings sit under the Western Basketball Association's administration. Each looks after its own members and works with the association's departments.
The referees' wing brings together the region's floor and table officials: referees, scorers, timekeepers and shot clock operators. It runs referee courses and refresher clinics, shares rulebooks and signals material, and helps the association appoint officials to every game.

The coaches' wing brings together head and assistant coaches. It organises coaching workshops and mentoring, shares coaching resources and keeps standards high on the bench.
